Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Strategy OS Toolkit for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the materials to third parties.

3. Permitted Use

• Use templates and guides within your own organisation
• Adapt materials for your internal strategic processes
• Share with colleagues within the same organisation

4. Prohibited Use

• Reselling or distributing the toolkit to external parties
• Using the materials to create a competing product
• Removing copyright or attribution notices

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, methodology, and materials within the Strategy OS Toolkit are the intellectual property of OD&D Agency. All rights reserved.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at kda@odnd.agency and we will resolve it promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

OD&D Agency provides the toolkit on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any business outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the materials.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
